Europa Factor, aware of the value of training, provides a training process of continuous insertion, the first organized in two phases, which allows the Resource to acquire the knowledge necessary to work efficiently and effectively, and the second organized by periodic sessions updating on operational, behavioral and regulatory provisions. Training in the classroom

Contents of the Training

  • Company presentation
  • Information on the regulations concerning contracts, credit, obligations of debtors and obligated third parties, the civil consequences of insolvency and the actions that the creditor can undertake
  • Anti-Money Laundering and Privacy Law and related obligations
  • Persuasive communication techniques and focus on the characterization of the various types of debtors and consequent approach to be adopted for the negotiation and the relative management of the negotiation
  • Operation of company CRMs (CG32)
  • Description of the product to be managed and objectives of the working group to which the candidate has been assigned, how to plan the activities
  • Description of the tracing (tax code / VAT number verification, debtor analysis, search engine illustration)
  • Specific analysis of disputes / complaints and methodology for resolution
  • Test and feedback

Training on the job

Duration: 1 week

Contents of the Training

  • Assignment to the candidate of a temporary account for access to corporate information systems and a portfolio of practices to be managed on the basis of the acquired knowledge
  • Insertion in a work group
  • Supporting Senior Resource
  • Test and feedback;
  • Communication to HR about the suitability and subsequent training step with assignment to the tutor and continuation of coaching for the following 6 weeks.
